Terms and Conditions - Meal Service
Parents wishing to change their meal schedule after placing their order (e.g in the event of term time holiday, school trip dates, etc) must make on-line alterations prior to the cut-off point for the week in question, alternatively you can contact the Chartwells office via telephone or email, a credit will only be issued if we receive 5 full working days notice. Please see below separate conditions governing absence.
In the event of sickness absence from school, meals may be cancelled provided Chartwells receive notification by 10.30am on each day of sickness.
Please note that cash refunds will not be made. All refunds are subject to a £1 admin fee.
Meal Ordering
All meals must be paid for in advance unless your child qualifies for either Universal Infant Free School Meals (UIFSM) or Free School Meals (FSM).
If your child is in Reception, Year 1 or Year 2 you are entitled to Universal Infant Free School Meals. You do not need to register and order through this website. The school will order these meals direct from us. This will include any promotional/festive special meals.
All meals must be ordered a full week in advance of the week that they are required.
Example: If a hot meal is required for any day during week commencing 6th March 2017, the order must be placed and pre-paid either on-line by midnight on Sunday 26th February, or alternatively by telephone to the Chartwells office by 3pm Friday 24th February.
Please note that cash refunds will not be made. All refunds are subject to a £1 admin fee.
All our menus are subject to availability.
Any account that has not been accessed and is unused after a full 12 month period will be deleted unless there are unused meal credits on the account.

Some schools operate a ‘no amendments’ policy after the online cut off period. Should this be the case for the school your child attends, we will be unable to make any amendments to orders after the online cut off point.
Example: If a hot meal is required for any day during week commencing 11 February 2016, the order must be placed and pre-paid either on-line by midnight Sunday 3 February, or alternatively by telephone to the Chartwells office by 3pm Friday 1 February.
